People, Home & Housing is an invitation to explore the built environment, social housing, and community life in Poplar and beyond.
Join us for a guided walk led by Asma Begum, former head of the Robin Hood Gardens Tenants Association and Director of Active Wellbeing & Arts CIC - as we reflect on the area’s past, present, and future. Together, we’ll listen, learn, and share stories about home, wellbeing, and the changing city. This event will start at The Reach Community Centre and will end at V&A East Storehouse.
Participation in these walks is prioritised for individuals residing, working, or studying in East London.
