Join theatre maker and museum staff Roberta Livingston for this relaxed, sensory storytelling designed especially for children with sensory differences or SEND, and their families, on selected Fridays this summer holiday.

The session explores the theme of nature found in the Young V&A’s collection objects, and take the audience through different landscapes using sensory materials to touch and feel.

The session is relaxed and designed with you and your child(ren) in mind. There will be a range of objects and materials in the space, and children are free to explore in their own time and at their own pace.

You can arrive anytime during the 60-minute workshop, and it’s fine to take a break in our dedicated break out space or elsewhere in the museum and re-enter the session. There will be a short group storytelling towards the end of the 60-minutes.

Please note that this event is designed especially for children with sensory difference and SEND, and their families. Please help us to safeguard the space for those who need them.
